Practice Leaders

John M. Moran Jr.

Has in-depth experience in the development, commercialization and sales/management of pharmaceuticals and biotech companies. Mr. Moran spent the first 17 yrs in Biopharmaceuticals, mainly Merck & CO. and Pfizer. 

After a career in in Biopharmaceuticals he was the founder of a medical device & surgical instrument distributorship, which he was pivotal in building the chest wall reconstruction market in the U.S.

More recently, His healthcare background extends into successfully launching perioperative and digital health service companies. Lastly, he has experience evaluating and securing funding for a range of healthcare-related tech and life science companies.

Wayne Dahlberg

Wayne lead a long and distinguished career most recently as the group CFO at Styker Orthopedics. Wayne also lead the groups M/A activities as well leading Strykers performance group.  He holds and MBA from NYU Stern School of Business. 

Sandra Arber

Led growth, marketing, and strategy for venture-backed and bootstrapped startups. Experienced in raising capital for early-stage technology companies, additionally worked with both angel groups and venture capital funds. 

Jake Fisher

Former CEO and C-level executive of HCA Healthcare hospitals in Florida with oversight of hospital operations and financial performance. Expertise in enterprise sales to healthcare systems. Sales and distribution experience in pharma and medical products.
